Solenoid diaphragm metering pumps are used for accurate dosing of liquids in water and wastewater treatment, chemical processing and other industrial applications. They are particularly suitable for low to moderate dosing flow rates and applications requiring adjustable or automatically controlled dosing.
A solenoid diaphragm metering pump uses an electromagnetic drive to move the diaphragm back and forth, drawing liquid into the pump head and discharging it. Depending on the model, the dosing rate can be adjusted manually or controlled via an external pulse signal or a 4–20 mA signal. The range also includes specialised options for dosing sodium hypochlorite and viscous liquids.

Pulsafeeder PULSAtron
The Pulsafeeder PULSAtron range includes pumps for both simple manual dosing and automatically controlled dosing applications. The series differ in their control functions, flow rates, pressure ratings and suitability for different chemicals. Models are available with tubing or threaded connections.
