Metering pumps
Metering pumps are used for precise and efficient liquid dosing across various industries. The pump is selected based on the fluid being pumped, required flow rate and pressure, as well as factors such as temperature, viscosity, control method and material requirements.
Our range includes plunger pumps, hydraulic diaphragm pumps, mechanical diaphragm pumps and solenoid diaphragm pumps. The range covers pumps for low dosing rates as well as high-pressure and high-flow applications.
Metering pump range
Plunger pumps
Plunger pumps are particularly suitable for applications requiring high pressure or higher flow rates. OBL's range also includes solutions for high-viscosity liquids and liquids handled at elevated temperatures.
Hydraulic diaphragm pumps
Hydraulic diaphragm pumps are used, for example, for chemical metering and high-pressure process applications. The diaphragm keeps the pumped liquid separate from the pump's drive mechanism. Our range includes metering pumps from OBL and Pulsafeeder as well as FELUWA hose diaphragm pumps.
OBL's hydraulic diaphragm pump range covers capacities from below 1 l/h to several thousand litres per hour. Pulsafeeder's range includes solutions for precise chemical metering as well as high-flow and high-pressure applications. FELUWA hose diaphragm pumps are particularly suited to slurries and other fluids with a high solids content.

Mechanical diaphragm pumps
Mechanical diaphragm pumps are suitable for continuous metering applications where extremely high pressures are not required. Our range includes Pulsafeeder's Shadow and Green line (GLM) series as well as OBL's M series. The range includes pumps in different sizes with both manual and electric flow adjustment.

Solenoid diaphragm pumps
Solenoid-operated diaphragm pumps are particularly suitable for low dosing rates when the pump needs to be electrically controlled. Pulsafeeder and Tacmina offer models for manual adjustment as well as automatic control.
