Pulsafeeder ECO Gearchem gear pumps with mechanical seal

Pumps in the ECO Gearchem series are a great solution for reliable pulsation-free operation. Extensive material choice provides versatility for pumping low and high viscosity fluids over a broad range of temperatures, pressures, and corrosive services.

ECO Gearchem pumps with mechanical seal come in 316 SS, Alloy 20 and Hastelloy C constructions.

Materials for the sleeve bearings, gears and wear plates are selected completely depending on the chemical. The sleeve bearing and wear plate material options include carbon, Teflon and ceramic.

Common gear materials are 316 SS, Teflon, PEEK and Hastelloy C.
